Onboarding with flinkey

We at flinkey continuously try to improve our services and try to offer our partners the best possible support in dealing with our product.

To make the integration of your existing or newly created application into the flinkey system as easy as possible, we rely on predefined processes in which we individually address the needs and concerns of each integration partner.

How does our onboarding work?

Our onboarding consists of three basic steps. These are outlined below.

- Step 1: Order & delivery of the box, initial creation of the customer account.

- Step 2: Onboarding sessions, professional and technical meetings for clarification of open questions to have the best possible start into development as an integration partner. Account on Test environment will be activated after the professional onboarding.

- Step 3: Get direct support from our developers via the mailbox flinkey@plan-b-gmbh.com. If desired, bi-weekly meetings about current status and how we can support.
